1. Return Window

  • Eligibility: You can return or exchange your purchase within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and Unworn: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn.
  • Original Tags and Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the item.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at himnher.in@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return address.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Shipping: Send the package to the address provided by our support team. Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • In case of COD: In the case of COD, the refund will be credited in the form of store credit which you can use to purchase anything in future.
  • Rejected Refunds: If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Refund of Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at himnher.in@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days of approval, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to process. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@himnher.com.
