  • We currently ship across India, with a focus on serving our customers in Assam.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be notified if there is any significant delay in processing your order.

3. Shipping Time

Once your order is processed, shipping times vary based on your location:

  • Assam and Northeast India7-10 business days.
  • Rest of India7-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen events, including weather conditions, courier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. We offer the following options:

  • Free Shipping: On all orders.

Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on our courier partner’s website.

6. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. HIMNHER is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your order securely. However, if your package is damaged upon arrival or goes missing, please contact us immediately at support@himnher.com with your order details and photos of the damaged items.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, we will offer a replacement or refund.
